At Sumire we don't pick just one country. From Japanese sushi to Korean kimchi, from Chinese lacquered duck to Thai curries: a broad menu built for sharing, with room for both the regular chasing their favourite roll and anyone after something hearty off the grill.
The dining room is modern and low-lit — dark marble and warm LED light, an open sushi counter and an outdoor terrace for summer evenings. And it works: we're the highest-rated restaurant in Gran Alacant.
